A community gymnastics club based at The Paul Murray Recreation Centre that has provided quality gymnastics since 1985. The Hub promotes participation with the key areas of safety, learning and fun for all.  We aim to provide activities to enable our gymnasts to grow, learn and develop.In 2024 the club moved its location to Noarlunga Recreation Centre due to the re-development of The Paul Murray Recreation Centre.

Kindergym & MINIGYM

KinderGym is a play based program where young children can develop physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively in an environment tailored to them.

MiniGym is a structured program learning gymnastic skills and fun activities.

Our programs cater for children of all abilities from 4.5 to 14 years old and provides the basics of gymnastics in a non-competitive atmosphere.  Gymnastics offers fun, fitness, it improves your strength, flexibility, balance, posture, concentration and stamina.

AEROBIC, women’s & MEN’s artistic COMPETITION SQUADS

We provide gymnasts with a progressive pathway through the Australian National Levels program.  All participants in our competition squads are encouraged to be the very best they can be.
